Opening Fall
2026
Welcome to the Maple and Birtch Rooms
Maple Room - 2 Years to 2.5 Years
The Maple Room is a supportive and engaging environment where toddlers continue to build independence, confidence, and early social skills.
At this stage, children are becoming more aware of themselves and others, and are eager to explore, communicate, and participate in daily routines. Our teachers provide gentle structure and guidance while encouraging children to try new things and express themselves.
The classroom is designed to balance active exploration with calm, predictable routines, helping children feel secure as they navigate this important stage of development.
In the Maple Room, we focus on:
-
Building independence through daily routines and self-help skills
-
Expanding language through conversation, songs, and storytelling
-
Supporting emotional development and early problem-solving
-
Encouraging cooperative play and social interaction
Through consistent care and thoughtful guidance, children in the Maple Room gain confidence in their abilities and begin forming strong connections with peers and teachers.
Birch Room -2.5 Years to 3 Years
The Birch Room is a nurturing and structured space where children continue to develop independence, social awareness, and a deeper sense of confidence.
At this stage, children are learning to communicate more clearly, follow routines, and engage in more meaningful interactions with others. Our teachers guide children through this growth with patience, encouragement, and clear expectations.
The environment promotes both independence and collaboration, offering opportunities for children to explore, create, and begin working together with peers.
In the Birch Room, we focus on:
-
Strengthening communication and language skills
-
Encouraging independence and responsibility
-
Supporting emotional regulation and social development
-
Introducing more structured activities and group experiences
Children in the Birch Room are preparing for the transition into preschool, building the skills they need to feel confident, capable, and ready for the next stage.
