Welcome to the Haven and Summit Classrooms
Haven Room - Specialized Support Program (Ages 2–5. Transportation is the responsibility of the families)
The Haven Room is a calm, supportive environment designed for children who benefit from additional guidance, individualized attention, and a smaller group setting.
We understand that every child develops at their own pace, and some children need extra support to build confidence, communication skills, and independence. The Haven Room provides a nurturing space where children feel safe, understood, and encouraged every step of the way.
With a lower student-to-teacher ratio, our educators are able to focus on each child’s unique needs, creating personalized learning experiences that support growth in a gentle and meaningful way.
In the Haven Room, we focus on:

The environment is intentionally designed to be calm and predictable, helping children feel secure while they explore, learn, and grow.
Our goal is to help every child build confidence, develop essential skills, and feel successful in their learning journey—preparing them for continued growth within our program and beyond.
Summit Room - School Age (Kindergarten through 4th Grade. Transportation from JMES and Thorton's only)
The Summit Room provides a supportive and engaging environment for school-aged children, offering care before and after school, as well as enriching vacation and summer programs.
At this stage, children benefit from a balance of structure, independence, and opportunities to connect with peers. Our program is designed to complement the school day—providing a space where children can relax, recharge, and continue to grow socially and emotionally.
During before and after school care, children are supported with:

Opportunities for creative play and social interaction
Our vacation and summer programs offer a more immersive experience, filled with hands-on activities, outdoor exploration, and opportunities for creativity and teamwork.
In the Summit Room, we focus on:

Building strong peer relationships and teamwork skills

Providing a balance of structured activities and free choice
Children in the Summit Room are given the space to grow into confident, capable individuals while still enjoying the freedom to explore, create, and have fun.
